Restorative Yoga - A gentle and calming practice that utilizes props. In this practice we hold poses for longer in order to promote relaxation, reduce stress and restore both physical and mental balance.
Yin Yoga - A meditative and slow-paced practice that involves holding deep stretches for extended periods, targeting the connective tissues and promoting flexibility, mindfulness and inner stillness.
Yoga Strength - A Vinyasa flow practice incorporating weights, designed to strengthen and tone.
Pre & Post Natal Yoga - Through safe and effective Yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation, learn to accept and adapt to the changes in your body, connect with your baby, tackle fatigue and stress all whilst promoting strength, flexibility, increased energy and circulation
Yoga Nidra - Often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation and deep relaxation technique that induces a state of conscious rest, promoting profound physical and mental rejuvenation.
Yoga Strength - Combining weights to your Vinyasa Flow practice.
Yogalates - Combine your session with 30 minutes of Reformer Pilates with 30 minutes of Yoga.

Reformer Pilates: Stotts Method or Athletic Reformer - A full-body exercise that utilizes a specialized machine with adjustable springs and a sliding carriage to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled and precise movements.
Couples Pilates - Bring your partner or friend and let’s strengthen and tone on and off the Reformer!
Aerial Yoga - A unique and acrobatic practice that incorporates the use of silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling, enabling practitioners to perform yoga poses in mid-air, enhancing strength, flexibility, and a sense of weightlessness. Price upon request.
Sound Bath Healing - A therapeutic practice where participants immerse themselves in soothing sounds and vibrations created by singing bowls and chimes, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction and a sense of inner harmony.
