I am a recognised and qualified Yoga Instructor based in Ascot, Berkshire, specialising in a variety of different practices including Vinyasa, Dynamic, Restorative, Yin, Pre and Post Natal and Aerial Yoga, including Reformer Pilates and Sound Bath healing. I provide guidance for all levels of practice so that you can decide what feels best for your body. I build on strength, meditation and flexibility within my sessions. Private classes are tailored to your personal goals.

The full expression of Ustrasana, also know as Camel Pose. A supported backbend and chest and shoulder opener.  When you embrace this pose with closes eyes you succumb to Pratyahara, sense withdrawal, embracing vulnerability in this pose.
